What if I Need to Cancel a Session?

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. Here's how we handle cancellations to ensure fairness and flexibility for everyone:

  • Day-of Cancellations: If you need to cancel on the day of your session, it will count as a completed session. We reserve that time specifically for you, and unfortunately, we can't utilise it otherwise. It's only fair that we charge for it, which aligns with standard practice across coaching services.

  • Scheduled Absences: We know you won't be available every single week of the year. If you have planned time away, please give us at least 7 days notice.

  • Emergencies: If an unexpected emergency arises and you can't make your session with less than 7 days notice, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to reschedule your session for later that week or arrange an additional session the following week.

Kick-Start Discount

When you start with us, we want to make it even easier for you to commit to your goals so we offer a substantial discount for new starters.

  • Kick-start 60: Prepay for your first 10 one-hour sessions and save $210 off the usual price ($990 instead of $1200).

  • Kick-start 30: Prepay your first 10 30-minute sessions and save $105 ($495 instead of $600).

These sessions are designed to be held weekly over 10 consecutive weeks. Please note, there are no refunds if you miss a session or decide not to continue, but we're here to support you every step of the way toward your success.

Payment Options

We understand everyone has different payment preferences. You can choose to pay conveniently every 10 weeks, 5 weeks, or even weekly.

  • Advance Payment: Please ensure you stay at least one week ahead at all times. This means payment for the next cycle is due the week before your current payment cycle ends. If you prefer paying weekly, simply pay for the following week on the day of your session.

Flexible Scheduling for Shift Workers

Are your work hours unpredictable? No worries! Just send Paul a text with your roster, and he'll find a time that suits you. With availability from 10am to 9pm on weekdays, there's sure to be a convenient slot for you!

Contacting Vocalpro

Our team is available from 10am to 9pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to midday on Saturday. Please respect our downtime outside these hours as we recharge to provide you with the best service.

School Holidays

Unlike teachers, Vocalpro operates as a private business and doesn't receive compensation during school holidays. To accommodate our adult clients and maintain business sustainability, we don't follow school terms.

Mutual Respect

Paul values positive and respectful interactions in his coaching sessions. He works best with clients who approach coaching with openness and respect. If at any point these values are not upheld, he may consider discontinuing the coaching relationship.
